1. Secret Gardens and Dolphin Habitat – Mirage Hotel and Casino – This is an exotic, lush wonderland of wild animals and Bottle-nose Dolphins that swim and play in perfect harmony. A truly wonderful day. Ticket prices vary while children under 3 are free.

2. Mirage Volcano – Mirage
Hotel and Casino
– This attraction is free as it can be viewed right out front of the hotel on the boulevard. The Volcano erupts nightly from 6p.m. to 11p.m. every hour on the hour. Lots of oohs and aahs for all ages.

3.The Stratosphere Tower – Spectacular desert vistas via a 360 degree glass room. See eye to eye with a helicopter right outside your window. Various pricing packages available and all ages are welcome.

4. Bigshot – Stratosphere – Up and down in seconds and
again and again. It literally takes your breath away. Ticket prices depend on ride package purchased and you must be 48 inches tall.

5. X Scream – Stratosphere – A teeter-totter 900 feet above the ground connected to a roller coaster. No wonder they call it X Scream. Ticket prices depend on ride package purchased and you must be 54 inches tall.

6. Lion Habitat – MGM – These lions are a must see for anyone who enjoys wildlife. The lions and you are are seperated by 1 1/ 2″ of glass. Watch these majestic creatures while they feed,
play and groom. Free for all ages.

7. Inverter – Circus Circus – 50 feet in the air, a four second inversion and a backward run with a 360 degree rotation. WOW! Ticket prices vary on age and children must be 48″ in height to ride.

8. Adventure Dome – Circus Circus – There’s no shortage of fun here. Rides, games, shows and attractions. There are varying costs, depending on age and height restrictions apply depending on the ride. There is a special area for the youngest of children.

9. Canyon Blaster – Circus Circus – A roller coaster of Grand Canyon like proportions. Ticket prices vary on age and children must be 48″ in height to ride

10. Rim Runner – Circus Circus – This is a 60 foot drop and you get soaked in the end. Save it for last as you’ll need to dry out in the hot desert sun. Ticket prices vary on age and children must be 48″ in height to ride

11. Fountain Shows – Ceasar’s Palace – Watch in fascination as the statues come to life to tell of the Lost City of Atlantis. A free show in the heart of the Forum Shops at Ceasar’s Palace. They take place every hour on the hour. Shop at F.A.O. Schwartz in between shows.

12. Manhattan Express – New York, New York – A roller coaster above the New York Skyline. Breathtaking just to watch, this is an outstanding ride that the kids will want to do over and over again. Prices vary on package and you must be 54″ or taller.

13. The Eiffel Tower Experience – Paris Hotel – This is a stunning replication of the real tower and brings people from all over the world to see the incredible views of Las Vegas, especially at night. Children 6-12; free for children younger than 5.

14 .In Search of the Obelisk – Luxor – A real Indiana Jones adventure where you ride an elevator that has been sabotaged…dun, dun, dunnnnn! $10.00 for admission and riders must be 48″ tall.

15. Pirates 4D – Luxor – A swashbuckling pirate comedy that’s an interactive movie with 4d visuals and interactive seats. A true boatload of fun.

16.Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum – The Venetian – Famous people of past and present await your visit at Madame Tussaud’s. The statues likenesses are unbelievable and some even respond to your touch and voice. Children (7-12): $15.00. Children (6 and under): Free.

17. The Gondola’s – TheVenetian – Travel through the canals of Venice on these authentic Venetian Gondolas. See the historical architecture and enjoy the bellissima voices of the gondoliers. $16 per person. Children 2 years old and younger are free.

18. Cyber Speedway – Sahara Hotel – Want to be a race car driver? This is as close as you’ll get to the real deal. Cars are mounted on a hydraulic base for the most realistic simulated drive of your life. Ride pass (one race) $10 or All day unlimited pass for both attractions $21.95. Height requirement is 48″.

19. Las Vegas Grand Prix Family Center– A fun center for everyone. Go Karts, Kiddie Karts, arcades, rides and super slides. You won’t run out of things to do here. Entertainment for all ages.

20. Star Trek – The Experience at Las Vegas Hilton – A history and interactive experience for young and old Trekkies. Beam aboard the USS Enterprise, interact with the crew and travel through space. Admission is $34.99 for dual admission.

21. Fremont Street Experience – The Viva Vision – This is a spectacular light and sound/music display set in a canopy that measures five feet long and 90 feet high. It costs nothing to see. Shows are at 6:30 p.m., 8 p.m., 9 p.m., 10 p.m., 11 p.m. and midnight. In between light shows, shop the kiosks located all along the covered street or stop for an ice cream.

22. Masquerade Village – Rio Hotel – If you’ve never been to Mardi Gras, now’s your chance. This exciting show in the sky throbs with music, dance and color, keeping everyone enthralled to the last minute where beaded necklaces are tossed to the audience. The show is free, but if you wish to participate you can costume up and ride in the show for $12.95. (under 16 must be accompanied by adult.)

23. The Bellagio Fountain Show – A truly stunning dance of water and music played everyday between noon and midnight right in front of the Bellagio Hotel on the Lake. It is awe inspiring.

24. Shark Reef – Mandalay Bay – An amazing maze of tunnels which house 1200 species of undersea creatures and 5 species of sharks. There is also a touch pool with Stingrays, Eels and Crabs for that hands-on experience. Prices vary and children under 4 are free

25. M&M’s World – This chocolate wonderland brings out the proverbial kid in a candy store. Four floors of chocolate delight with our M&M friends. However, there is more then chocolate to thrill you with as hundreds of items are available for the asking, from guitars to swarovski crystal.

26. Ethel M. Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens – 15 minutes off the strip and you can see how these yummy chocolates are made, then taste the real thing. A chocolate lounge has been set up for you to sample and purchase these decadent treats. Then wander into the 300 acre cactus garden for a truly different garden experience.

27. Wildlife Habitat at the Flamingo – 300 exotic birds set in a tropical island-like paradise. Watch the giant Koi and turtles in the ponds or just stroll the the lush gardens. A true oasis amongst the neon.

28. Lied Discovery Children’s Museum – This museum has 100 different interactive science, art and humanity stations for all to enjoy. This will bring out the kid in us all. $7 for kids

29. Planetarium and Observatory – Not the usual stars of Las Vegas, these are the real stars….in the sky. It’s a celestial cinema you won’t want to miss. Get there early, it fills up fast. $6 for general admission. $4 for children under 12.

30. Gameworks – A 55,000sq ft facility loaded to the brim with sports, racing games, rock walls, arcades, dance games and the list goes on. Admission is free and games start at $1.00.
