About Me
My name is Sara, and I am a teacher and counselor. I love living in Logroño because it's a quiet and calm city during the day, but at night you have specific areas with great nightlife. I like walking around the parks and the old streets. Also, the Camino more/less
You have to go to
- Calle Laurel and Calle San Juan - San Bernabé Church - Rivera Park
Here's one fun activity you can do
- Cycle around the city - Watch a show at the theatre
Don't forget to check out one of my favorite places
- La Grajera. It's a national park with a lake in the middle. It makes you feel free and there's no need to think - just enjoy the walk and the views. It's a little far from the city, but it's worth visiting.
Enjoy a meal at my favorite restaurant
- Go for tapas and pinchos at La Laurel - Enjoy a Spanish menu at "Corralon", "Herventia" "Portales 34" and "El Mesón del Vino"
Here's a doable bucket list for you to do in one day
1. Just walk around the city in the old streets and have some tapas (on Calle Laurel and Calle San Juan).
2. Casa de las Ciencias
3. Museo de La Rioja
4. Mercado de San Blas
5. Centro de la Cultura del Vino
6. Viñedos de La Rioja
7. Murallas del Revellin
8. Puente de Piedra y Puente de Hierro
9. Plaza del Mercado
10. Santa María de la Redonda Church.
11. Parque del Ebro
12. El Espolón
My extra insider tip for you is
Get a guide to visit the various vineyards in the area and enjoy wine tasting.
