You have to go to
The Tempelhofer Feld is a must-see for everyone visiting Berlin. The former inner city airport area is like a vast green sea in the middle of the city.
Here's one fun activity you can do
“Café Fatal” at legendary club venue SO36 in Kreuzberg. Every Sunday at 7pm the club longest running party offers ballroom dancing, a cabaret act, and 70s disco music to a cheerful group of gay and straight dance maniacs of all age.
Don't forget to check out one of my favorite places
My favorite walk starts at the Oberbaumbrücke in Kreuzberg on the riverside of the Universal building. It´s a quiet walk along the river Spree near the former Osthafen docks. You can walk all over to beautiful Treptower Park if you find the broken shopping trolley to climb over the wall.
Enjoy a meal at my favorite restaurant
Enjoy any homemade soup at Staroske Fleischerei on Potsdamer Strasse near the Woolworth's shop at U-bahnhof Kurfürstenstrasse (line U1).
Here's a doable bucket list for you to do in one day
1. Boat trip “Brückentour”
2. The tiny “Brücke Museum” in Zehlendorf with great Berlin paintings from the beginning of the last century.
3. Beautiful art-house Cinema “Neues Off” in Neukölln. They show international films with subtitles.
4.Bike around the city.
5.Walk the city, each neighborhood is so different.
My extra insider tip for you is
Walk, walk, walk...you'll discover so much of the city this way.
